hCMV Promoter and Kozak
The hCMV promoter is usually conducted in mammalian cells, as it is a strong promoter and drives constitutive expression of genes under its control. The kozak sequence here plays a major role in the translation process for eukaryotes. The elements in between help with overall transcription.
